PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a clicking mechanism of switching members. SOLUTION: Washers 40 and 41 overlapped in an axial direction intervene between a first change ring 32 and a second change ring 39 in a detention state. In the washer 40, a clicking piece 45 is formed in which the center of a free end band along an outer circumference of a cylindrical part 9a is elastically deformed forward in order to engage with a recessed part 59 in the first change ring 32. In the washer 41, a clicking piece 46 is formed in which the center of a free end band along the outer circumference of the cylindrical part 9a is elastically deformed backward in order to engage with a recessed part 58 in the second change ring 39.
