PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-cost temperature compensating device, for a torque sensor, which can compensate a temperature by adding a single functional member and whose constitution is simple. SOLUTION: In this torque sensor, together with a pair of coils 11, 12 whose inductances L1, L2 are changed in mutually opposite directions according to a torque, a pair of resistances 13, 14 with resistance values R1, R2 constitute a bridge circuit, and differential amplification means 41, 42 to which a first subvoltage S1 and a second subvoltage S2 according to respective induced electromotive forces of the pair of coils 11, 12 in the bridge circuit amplify the difference between the first subvoltage S1 and the second subvoltage S2 so as to be output as a main voltage M1. In this temperature compensating device for the torque sensor, the resistance 13 with the resistance value R1 is formed as a fixed resistance whose resistance evalue is constant, the resistance 14 with the resistance value R2 is formed as a thermosensitive variable resistance whose resistance value is changed by a temperature, and the thermosensitive variable resistance has the temperature characteristic of the resistance value R2 which always satisfies R1/L1=R2/L2. |
