PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To apply a comfortable and effective skin beautifying treatment by properly adjusting the temperature of a head. SOLUTION: A cooling air tube 31 and a heating air tube 31' made of a heat insulating material are enclosed in a probe 1, and a cable 3 is connected to the base end of the probe 1. A conical vibrating body 12 having a flat tip face and a trapezoidal cross section is fitted to the opening section of an insulating tubular case 11 folded into an L-shape, and a push switch 13 is arranged on the side face. A ring-like recess (a) provided on the base section of the vibrating body 12 is coupled with a ring-like projection (b) provided at the tip of the case 11 to fit the vibrating body 12. Air vents H1, H2 are bored near the projection (b) of the case 11 to discharge the inside air. An ultrasonic vibrator 14 made of a piezoelectric ceramic is fixed to the inside of the tip face of the vibrating body 12, and a thermistor 15 is fitted to its vicinity. The blowouts at the tips of the cooling air tube 31 and the heating air tube 31' are located behind the ultrasonic vibrator 14, both tubes 31, 31' are converged into a cable 3, and their base ends are connected to a compressor.
