PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain a workpiece from being separated and moved while being sucked by providing a delay operating mechanism for separating and moving a pad member pressed to come into contact with the workpiece with a delay after the start of separation and movement of a suction main body. SOLUTION: In a perforating machine, when a suction main body 1 is raised to separate and move by rising of a spindle S, first the contact surface 7 of a pad member 4 coming into contact with a workpiece W is separated. With a delay after the start of separation and movement of the suction main body 1, the end face 10a of a pressing part 10 as a delay operating mechanism is separated and moved. Accordingly, when the contact surface 7 of the pad member 4 is separated from the workpiece W by the separating movement of the suction main body 1, at the start of separating the contact surface 7 of the pad member 4, the end face 10a of the pressing part 10 comes into press contact with the workpiece W, and the negative pressure in the suction main body 1 is decreased by separation of the contact surface 7, so that a printed circuit board of the uppermost layer can be restrained from being sucked by an air current in the suction main body 1.
