SUBSTANCE: proposed invention concerns structural system which consists of several coupling members forming perimeter of house base; load-carrying metal posts installed on members; continuous cavity opened from internal side and extending over entire length of said members and ensuring installation of accessories of horizontal coupling which forms continuous line over entire periphery of base; accessories for fastening with anchor ties passing through foundation and bending when crossing coupling members into said cavity; rods suspended from protrusion which protrudes inside so that their bent ends are located in cavity. Combination of rods, accessories of horizontal coupling and accessories for fastening with anchor ties are designed for deepening into concrete placed in the cavity.
