Air ionizer has needle-shaped emitter of electric charged and accelerating electrodes with sources of direct-current and pulse voltages, respectively, similar in sign and amplitude connected to them. Use of current-carrying net coated with dielectric layer as accelerating electrode enhanced ionization capacities of air ionizer. EFFECT: increased ionizing capacities of air ionizer. 1 dwg
