A magnetic oscillating mechanism moves the collimating lens (5) reciprocatably, such that main optical axis of light source (4) and lens lies along same plane. The lens is moved in reverse direction by applying energizing force to lens through spring (10) of stopper mechanism comprising stoppers (10a,10b). The stopper mechanism moves the lens in reverse direction, by generating biasing force to suppress lens movement. A support plate (2) holds the two-way drive element of oscillating mechanism during operation. The oscillating mechanism comprises magnet and coil to generate driving force.
