The osteo-synthetic holding system, with bone anchors, has locking units (11) of different dimensions for the two holders (9,10) which take the holding rods and clamps. On relaxing the clamp (15), the accesses (16,17) to each holder (9,10) are enlarged in succession so that the holding rods (13,14) pass through. The clamp (15) is a threaded nut screwed on to the outer threading of the bone anchor.
