The bent part (7) of the inner telescopic tube attached to the front fork (6) has its input and output sides (8, 9) extended by arms (10A, 10B) that form leaf springs. The free ends of the arms are tucked in and secured to the inner and outer telescopic tubes (2), so that any axial movement of the tubes results in the elastic deformation of the arms and stops the bent part of the inner tube from deforming. Independent claims are also included for (a) a front fork with this suspension, and (b) a bicycle fitted with this suspension.
