PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transfer a data even at a location where no telephone line is provided and further promote a concentrated management of data. SOLUTION: This transfer device is comprised of a data converter 34 for taking management information such as a signal indicating a state of tank detected by a liquid level meter 1a or the like to convert it into transferred data; a transmission data generating circuit 35 for transmitting data from the data converter 34 under a predetermined timing or in response to request from outside; and a signal converter 36 for converting an output of the transmission data generating circuit 35 into such a form as one in which the signal can be transmitted through a wireless digital communication network.
