PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and device for uniformly and stably discharging slurry in order to effectively discharge the slurry by which fine particles such as powder or granule are dispersed in a liquid medium to a desired place. SOLUTION: This device consists of a closed vessel 3 having a slurry inflow port 4 and a slurry outflow part 5 in the lower part and at the top thereof, respectively, a pump 2 for forcibly feeding slurry into the vessel from the slurry inflow port, and a discharge port 6 for leading the slurry overflowing from the slurry outflow port to a desired place outside the vessel. While maintaining the state in which the vessel is filled with slurry, the slurry is discharged from a discharge nozzle to the desired place. By adjusting the discharge pressure of the pump, the discharge of the slurry from the discharge nozzle can be easily controlled. Even when a small quantity of un-dispersed flocs or refuse is mixed in the slurry, the discharge nozzle is hardly clogged.
