<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery meter capable of monitoring the charging/ discharging conditions of a battery all the time and of accurately grasping these. SOLUTION: This battery meter comprises a current detector 11 for detecting charging/discharging currents of a battery 2, an A/D converter 12 connected to the back stage of the current detector 11 for outputting a pulse signal proportional to a current detecting value, a polarity detector 13 connected to the back stage of the current detector 11 in parallel to the A/D converter 12, and an up-down counter 14 for adding and subtracting in response to positive and negative of a polar detecting signal of the polarity detector 13.</p> |
