摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate an environmental pollution when disposed while incorporating mechanical properties such as a sufficient strength when used by heating and pressing mixed powder obtained by uniformly mixing powder of plant material containing hull as a main component with powder of biodegradable properties containing a binder and compression molding it. SOLUTION: A plant material containing hull as a main component is selected (step (S) 10), and comminuted (S11) to form a plant material powder (S12). Then, a biodegradable containing a substance to become a binder such as gelatin, starch or the like is selected (S13), and comminuted (S14) to form a biodegradable powder (S15). The plant material powder and the biodegradable material powder are uniformly mixed at a predetermined ratio by a mixer or the like to form a mixed material powder (S16). A load is applied to the powder by a molding machine, and the powder is compression molded by heating and pressing (S17) to a container of a predetermined thickness (S18). Thus, the container holds a strength as the container and mechanical properties such as shape retentivity or the like, can be decomposed by a microorganism, a sun light or an ultraviolet ray, and transformed to soil, thereby eliminating incinerating, recycling or the like.
