PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a webbing distortion preventing structure winding up webbing in a correct condition onto a retractor even when the webbing is twisted. SOLUTION: A webbing insertion port 26 is formed in a supporting part 36 fitted in the upper part of a retractor 11. A base plate 38 is fitted in the webbing insertion port 26. In the base plate 38, a through hole 42 connected to the webbing insertion hole 26 is formed, while rectifying plates 40 are stood in the width direction of the through hole 42 at a clearance larger than thickness of webbing 12. Therefore, when the webbing 12 is moved into the through hole 42 in winding by the retractor 11, a twisted part in the webbing 12 is brought into contact with the rectifying plates 40 so as to be corrected.
