PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a hindrance to suction operation at standby period and to prevent reduction in a cleaning effect by cleaning an atmospheric communicating duct. SOLUTION: In a solenoid valve unit 25 for making fluid flow to an endoscopic duct on the basis of control of solenoid valves V1 to V6, for example, a suction pipe 24C and the solenoid valve V5 are arranged for suction operation, and an atmospheric communicating duct 35 opening to the atmosphere and the solenoid valve V6 are arranged to be connected to the suction pipe 24C for standby operation of suction. A tip port 36 of the atmospheric communicating duct 35 is exposed outside a casing of the solenoid valve unit 25 so that a pipe member can be connected for cleaning. Thus, for example, a soft tube of a tank housing a cleaning liquid is connected to the tip port 36 to make the cleaning liquid flow to the atmospheric communicating duct 35.
