THERMOPLASTIC RESIN FILM GOOD IN PRINTABILITY AND PRODUCTION THEREOF

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a method for producing a thermoplastic resin film not generating a blank of printing ink. SOLUTION: A thermoplastic resin compsn. containing a resin additive is extruded from a T-die in a molten state to form a molten film which is, in turn, pressed and cooled by a pair of rotary cooling rolls comprising a metal roll (k1) and a metal roll (k2) wherein a rubber roll core is provided to the outer periphery of a metal shaft and a metal cylinder with a thickness of 0.5-5 mm is provided to the periphery of the core to produce a thermoplastic resin film with a projection height of fish eyes of 40μm or less.
