PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the increase of ripples in a circuit by installing a resistor in series with a capacitor of an energy consumption circuit and making the impedance of the energy consumption circut larger than that at a secondary side of a transformer. SOLUTION: A resistor R2 is installed in series with a capacitor C of an energy consumption circuit 18, the impedance of the energy consumption circuit 18 is made larger than that at a secondary sides of a transformer, and a switching element 24 is installed in parallel with the resistor R2. When a voltage drop of the resistor R2 detected by a current detector 26 installed in the middle of the energy consumption circuit 18 is large, in order works, the voltage across the resistor R2 is large, the switching element 24 is turned on. Due to this structure, even when the voltage decreases, energy accumulated in a current source inductor 16 can be continuously supplied to the secondary side, thereby reducing the ripple.
