<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact and inexpensive device for specifying a coordinate input position with high resolution and high performance from an instructed coordinate based on spot lights from an instructing tool on a coordinate input screen in an environment affected by diffused external light. SOLUTION: Spot light emitted from an instructing tool 4 on a screen are detected by plural sensors 20X and 20Y, and the peak value of the spot light is specified from among detected pixel data which are a prescribed value or more, and the coordinate arithmetic processing of the instructed position is executed by a coordinate arithmetic means 32. Thus, when the coordinate is instructed by the spot light from the instructing tool 4, the instructed coordinate value can be obtained with high precision and high resolution in a state that any influence of diffused external light is suppressed, and the compact, light, and inexpensive device can be realized.</p> |
