PURPOSE: A bottle cap using a device of absorbing atmospheric pressure is provided, which makes keep the around clean by preventing the bottle of being spilled when the cap is opened and fallen over, can be used easily and is of great utility. CONSTITUTION: A cap of an elastic bottle has an internal atmosphere absorbing device which can be an effluent way(C¬3)(C¬2) of the content of the bottle. The content can be out from the bottle by pushing the elastic bottle and the content come out to an outlet(B) of the bottle is absorbed strongly into the inside(7), if the pressure of hand is released, by recuperative power of the bottle to an original state. The bottle is made of resilient plastics.
