PURPOSE: A method for fabricating an organic electric light emitting device using a compression melting molding method is provided to enable a low voltage driving and to have a long life time with a good ohmic contact. CONSTITUTION: The organic electric light emitting device includes an anode transparent electrode(9), an organic light emitting layer(8) and a cathode metal electrode(7). According to the fabrication method, a combined compound of a light emitting material and a polymer is fabricated by dispersing the light emitting material into the polymer, and is put into between the transparent electrode and the metal electrode under a room pressure condition, and then the temperature is increased above a melting point of the polymer. Then, the two electrode plates are compression-molded with a pressure of 100-350 kg/square centimeter. The temperature is increased to a temperature higher by 10-20 deg.C than the melting point of the polymer.
