PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To acquire an image signal for a dynamic image with a simple formation, in a radiation solid detector of a photo-conversion/TFT reading-out system. SOLUTION: A scanning control means 40 connected to an auxiliary scanning pulse generator 38 and a main scanning pulse generator 39 is installed. The scanning control means 40 controls the auxiliary scanning pulse generator 38, so that scanning lines 27b are turned to the ON state successively at four-line intervals and that different scanning lines 27b in ever field are turned to the ON state, in order to execute interlaced reading-out by dividing the charge of the whole detector into four fields, at the time of reading out a dynamic image. As for the main scanning direction, SW 34, 35 are controlled through the main scanning pulse generator 39, so that thinning reading-out is executed in order to read out one pixel per every four picture elements in each field, respectively.
