<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a new monoclonal antibody which consists of a monoclonal antibody peculiarly recognizing soluble guanylate cyclase, serves the convenient and high-sensitive detection or the like of nitrogen monoxide (NO) and is used as a reagent or the like for detecting NO. SOLUTION: This monoclonal antibody is a new monoclonal antibody recognizing soluble guanylate cyclase peculiarly and nitrogen monoxide bonding soluble guanylate cyclase also and is useful as a reagent or the like for detecting nitrogen monoxide (NO) used in the convenient and high-sensitive detection of NO. This monoclonal antibody is obtained by initially administrating soluble guanylate cyclase separated and purified from tissues or the like, e.g. lungs, brains or the like, in mammalia or the like by a widely known method to mammals, e.g. mice or the like, together with an adjuvant to immunosensitize the mammals, separating spleen cells after the final immunization to fuse them with mouse myeloma cells, cultivating it in a HAT selective culture medium to obtain a hybridoma, screening out this hybridoma followed by selecting an antibody productive strain and finally monocloning it followed by cultivation.</p> |
