SOLUTION: An adjustment part 2a is provided on the substrate side of the base part 2 of an attaching fitting A. A substrate contact part 5 is projected from the lower end of the base part 2 in the direction of being separated from an external facing material substantially horizontally. The end of a reinforcing piece 7 comes into contact with horizontal furring strips 20. An attaching fitting B is attached to the attaching fitting A as well. In addition, the screw hole 6 of the attaching fitting A is a horizontally oblong rectangle, and the screw hole 16 of the other attaching fitting B is a vertically oblong rectangle.
