PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a form installing machine capable of removing a form installed on a form installing surface of placed concrete by smoothly moving the form upward along a concrete installing surface and an adjacent form. SOLUTION: A lifting mechanism 30 is installed on a boom arranged on an upper structure 2, and a carrier 42 is installed on a lifting body 34 of this lifting mechanism 30. A form support pin 63 is arranged in this carrier 42, and a pin hole 203 is formed in an upper part of a form 200. The form support pin 63 is fitted to and inserted into the pin hole 203, and the form 200 is suspended and supported by the carrier 42 so as to be longitudinally and laterally displaceable.
