PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable good filling to be conducted into capsules, and hence positively manufacture constant volume capsule-filled matter even in a content of lower bulky density, and also having inferior moldability, fluidity, or the like by providing a content filler for compression-filling a content into a body stored in body pocket of a body conveyer. SOLUTION: The filler part 3 includes a content filler 31 for force-feeding a content (m) onto a body disc 22 and a hopper 36 for supplying a content to the filler 31. The content filler 31 is adapted to force-feed a content (m) continuously supplied from the hopper 36 into a chamber 32 to a content filler chamber 35a while being stirred by a stirring arm 34 through rotation of a force-feeding screw 33 in order to force-feed the content (m) into a capsule body B housed from the filler chamber 35 to the body pocket 221 of the body disc 22. Thus, the content (m) of a predetermined quantity can be forcibly compression-filled into the capsule body 6 by means of the force-feeding screw 33.
