SOLUTION: A server device 1 having a data input part 11 for inputting the image of a pet, a data storage part 18, a data base part 12 for storing picture data or the like so as to optionally retrieve them, a display part 13, a data updating part 14 for updating a data base, a key input part 15 for inputting an operation instruction, a communication part 16, and a discrimination/ instruction part 17 for discriminating the inputted operation instruction and supplying the instruction to respective parts and a customer terminal 2 having a storage part 21 for storing a guide image, a memory part 22 for storing picture data or the like, an operation input part 23 for inputting the operation instruction, an image processing part 24 for generating a display image, a video memory part 25 for storing the display image, a display part 26 for displaying an image or the like, and a discrimination/instruction part 28 for discriminating the inputted operation instruction and supplying the instruction to respective parts are mutually connected through a communication line 3.
