PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate frequency regulation even when used for a high oscillation frequency by setting reactance between on end of a microstrip line and ground to length to be equivalently prescribed frequency induction and also connecting one ends to each other. SOLUTION: One end of a microstrip line 4 is mutually connected to one end of another microstrip line 5. And, the part between the mutual one end and ground is used so as to equivalently operate as an inductance element. There, the length is set to <1/4 of wave length of an oscillation frequency, and the mutual one ends are connected to the base side of an oscillation transistor 1. Moreover, a prescribed tuning voltage is applied to a varactor diode 6 and the regulation of the oscillation frequency is performed by cutting off a part of a microstrip line 4 so as to be the prescribed oscillation frequency. In such a case, since the length of the line 4 is made long, frequency change sue to cutting becomes inactive and regulation is easy to be performed.
