PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an insert-repelling, lightweight and soft sheet which comprises a nonwoven fabric having a specific fineness, a specific METSUKE and a specific air permeability, has a light-transmitting property for obtaining sunlight necessary for the growth of crops, substantially enables the formation of anthocyanin-based pigments and the pollination actions of insects, and has an excellent heat-retaining property, an excellent wind-preventing property or the like, and an excellent insect-repelling property. SOLUTION: This nonwoven fabric-like, insect-repelling sheet comprises heat-adhesive fibers containing a UV absorber and having a fiber fineness of 1-500 dtex in an amount of 0.7-15 wt.% in the fibers, and has a METSUKE of 10-200 g/m2 and an air permeability of >=100 cc/cm2.sec. Therein, the UV absorber preferably comprises at least one UV absorber selected from the group consisting of benzothiazole-based UV absorbers, benzophenone-based UV absorbers, benzoate-based UV absorbers, salicylate-based UV absorbers and cyanoacrylate-based UV absorbers.
