PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively absorb impact or the like at vibration and collision when a child care apparatus with seat is moved by providing an external force absorbing means absorbing a part of external force applied to the child care apparatus with seat on a connecting part. SOLUTION: A rotationally movable part 50 is provided with a connecting shaft 10 and a bearing part 20 having a hole 20a for receiving the connecting shaft 10, and in the gap between the connecting shaft 10 and the bearing part 20, rugged-shaped cushion material 30 made of elastic member such as foaming material or rubber having many cavities therein is provided as an external force absorbing means. When external force is applied to the rotationally movable part 50 in the arrow mark direction, the one side 30a of the projecting part of the contact face of the cushion material 30 is largely deformed, and the other side 30b supports the connecting shaft 10 under the condition in which external force is hardly applied to the contact face. Hereby, external force can be absorbed by the cushion material 30, and stress concentration on the rotationally movable part 50 can be relaxed.
