PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly drain water when seaweeds are put in a net bag and to prevent the seaweeds from sticking to the net when the seaweeds are to be put into a tank by a method wherein a bag formed by netting and heat- welding monofilaments in a specified meshe. SOLUTION: A bag is formed of a net made up by heat welding after being netted in meshes of 0.5-3 mm by using heat-weldable polymer monofilaments. Since the monofilaments do not cause slipping, a space between threads is not widened, seaweeds such as lavers do not come out or being caught in the meshes. Because of heat-welding applied, parts where the threads are overlapped are smooth, preventing the seaweeds from sticking at knots. The mesh of the net is desirably 0.5-3 mm. If it is smaller than 0.5 mm, draining of water becomes poor, and if it is larger than 3 mm, the seaweeds come out of the meshes. For a heat-welding filament, one having 40-20 deg.C melting point is usable.
|
