PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dispense with fractional disposal, and having less danger; moreover, reduce cost by providing a fastening means including a stationary part formed by a cardboard secured along a cake placement face and thrusting parts formed by being substantially perpendicularly folded back to the stationary part and thereby thrust into a cake basement. SOLUTION: The securing means 5 of a cake cardboard support body 10 is formed with a cardboard, and comprises a stationary part 7 fixed along the cake placement face 4 of a bottom plate 1 and thrusting parts 6 being substantially perpendicularly folded back to the stationary part 7 and thus thrust into a cake basement. The thrusting parts 6 are fabricated by perpendicularly folding the thrusting parts 6 at fold lines with respect to the stationary part 7 of a cardboard forcibly adhered along the cake placement face of the bottom plate 1, and folding both ends thereof at folding lines being folding axes in the vertical direction of the cake placement face 4. The thrusting part 6 of the fabricated securing means 5 is thrust into a sponge-like cake basement, thereby performing a dislocation prevention function of the cake basement.
