PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a system capable of sure charging by allowing a subscriber to previously pay security money for a pay per view(PPV) and record-managing information on security money by a charge broadcasting receiver and charging with respect to a pay per view(PPV) program from the security money when viewing history information can not up-load to a center. SOLUTION: A pay broadcasting receiver 100 is provided with a CPU 105 controlling the receiver 100, a controlling program memory 106 for storing the controlling program of the CPU 105 and a RAM 107 being a memory temporarily used at the time of executing the CPU 105. The receiver 100 is provided with a contraction information memory 110 for storing information concerning the viewing contraction of the subscriber and a viewing history information memory 109 for storing history information of a program the subscriber actually views by PPV. Then, a security money memory 111 for storing the amount of security the subscriber previously paid for PPV viewing at the time of subscribing is also provided. |
