PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive bobbin manufacturing method with which many kinds of bobbins can be manufactured, using the same metal mold. SOLUTION: This manufacturing method contains a first process, wherein a cylindrical spool and an original bobbin containing flanges 3 on both ends of the cylindrical shaft of the cylindrical spool are molded integrally, and a second process wherein a plurality of guide grooves 7, which are used to guide a coil strand to be wound on the corner part 4 of the spool of the original bobbin. A completed bobbin is formed by providing the guide grooves 7 on the original bobbin.
