PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To a barrier storable by effectively using a space around a lens with a simple constitution, and without increasing the number of parts so much. SOLUTION: A lever member 28 molded integrally with a barrier member 24 is supported so as to be freely rotatable and tiltable by taking a pin 54 functioning as the rotary shaft of a gear member 50 as a fulcrum, and a pin 48 fixed on the gear member 5 is idly fitted to the lever member 28. The movement of the freely tilting barrier member 24 is controlled by a guide rail 26 coming into contact with the rear side of the barrier member 24 and a guide rail formed on the rear side of a front cover so as to come into contact with the front side of the barrier member 24. The peripheral part of the lens is formed to a spherical shape so that the optical axis of the lens may pass through the center, and each guide rail is provided with a track along the spherical surface. By transmitting the motive power of the motor to the gear member 50 and moving the barrier member 24 with rotation on the spherical surface, the barrier member 24 is retreated to the space (closing position) beside the photographic lens behind the closing position.
