PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make surely updatable form information without human intervention by comparing the acquired date and time of preparation with the date and time of preparation added to the form information and acquiring the form information from a server when it is judged that the acquired date and time of preparation is newer. SOLUTION: First of all, an instructed form file is acquired, the name of that form file is interpreted and it is identified whether the file is introduced to a client or not. Comparison with a master file installed to the server is performed locally, namely, in the case of existing in a form cache file 113 of a client. The date and time of preparation of the form file are inquired to the server and the dates and times of preparation are mutually compared. When the file installed to the server is a version having the same date and time of preparation as the client, that file is utilized as it is but when the form file of the server is updated into new version, the required form file is transferred from the server. |
