PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high communication quality by enabling a mobile station to receive the same frame from a base station just once at all the time by preventing the transmission of the same frame signal, to which various kinds of time information are applied, to the base station when a frame transmitting means is switched from active to reserve. SOLUTION: A time frame signal imparted with time information to be reference generated by a time generating means 106 is inserted between frame signals received from a communication network by a frame receiving means 111, and then is distributed to plural frame transmitting means 115 and 119. Then, the time frame signal is separated from the frame signal by the respective frame transmitting means 115 and 119, the time information is separated from the separated time frame signal, and the separated time information is imparted to the frame signal after time frame signal separation. |
