PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize and improve heat radiation and moisture proof property of a connector part. SOLUTION: A resin connector pin holding part 31 for holding connector pins 32 including its side wall part 33 is housed in a connector housing part 21 integrated with a metal case 10, and it is never exposed. Thereby, the connecting device of an electronic controller is provided with a desired mechanical strength, and can be miniaturized. The metal part of the connector housing 21 comes into direct contact with the companier connector or abut on it, so the heat radiation is promoted. Further more, the inner surface of the connector housing part 21 and the companion connector are sealed outside of the connector pin holding part 31 by a sealing member 40. Thus, the connector housing part 21 including its sealing surface is metallized and has good resistance to thermal deformation, its water proof performance is assured, and the product reliability is improved.
