PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a programmable device which is small in area and reduced in power consumption. SOLUTION: This programmable device is constituted by surrounding a plurality of programmable cells 11 arranged in a matrix-like state with a wiring network 12, composed of sub-wiring networks 13 for data and sub-wiring networks for control each of which is composed of a plurality of wiring. Each programmable cell 11 has a memory, in which a plurality of pieces of constitutional information are written and internally outputs one of the constitutional information in accordance with control information inputted from the wiring of the network 14 via a control section 18. The cell 11 also has a logic circuit which performs logical operation on constitutional information selectively outputted, according to the control information and input information inputted from the wiring of the network 13 via a data inputting section 17. The operated results of the logic circuit are outputted to the wiring of the network 13 or 14.
