摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely decide the presence/absence of an ACF(anisotropic conducive film) tape by binarizing light and shade data of images of two points in the vicinity of both ends of the ACF tape by individually set threshold, and deciding the presence/absence of the tape. SOLUTION: Right and left two points (CR and CL) are set as attachment check points for an ACF tape. An image of a resin printed board which includes a position where the ACF tape is attached is picked up and taken in as a light and dark data row with a dark-light level. A binarization level (threshold level) is set. When an illumination direction at the time of picking up the image shifts, for example, right to the center of the resin printed board, the CR side becomes lighter than the CL side and the light and shade data row is imbalanced between the right and left. A binarization level TL for the CL side and a binarization level TR for the CR side are set separately, using the vicinity of a center CC of the CL and CR as a branch point. The light and shade data row of the image is compared with these levels and binarized. An image fetching error due to a difference of reflection coefficients is solved accordingly.
