PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fraction processor or the like capable of performing a fraction processing by using a rounding width as it is. SOLUTION: A numerical value (x) to be fraction processed and the rounding width (w) are inputted by an input part 1, the inputted numerical value (x) is stored in a numerical value storage part 21 for respective digits and the inputted rounding width (w) is stored in a rounding width storage part 22. A low-order numerical value (y) constituted of the digit lower than the digit corresponding to the rounding width (w) stored in the rounding width storage part 22 in the numerical value (x) stored in the numerical value storage part 21 is extracted by a low-order numerical value extraction part 31. Based on the result of comparing the rounding width (w) stored in the rounding width storage part 22 with the numerical value for which the low-order numerical value (y) extracted by the low-order numerical value extraction part 31 is doubled by a fraction processing part 4, the numerical value (x) stored in the numerical value storage part 21 is replaced with the numerical value selected from the sequence of the integral multiple of the rounding width (w) stored in the rounding width storage part 22. |
