The mixing device has a hose line (11) to supply the dry component axially through a tubular through mixing unit (30). This unit can move radially as water is supplied to it through an inlet (16). There are air outlet apertures at the outlet (27) of this unit. Diverting shields (24, 25) are fitting in the unit to divert the mixture radially inwards or outwards.
