PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet processing device properly keeping a sheet level on a stack tray with pressing a rear end of the sheet discharged in a bundle on the stack tray. SOLUTION: A stack tray 80 is raised after being descended every time discharged in a bundle from a processing tray. A sheet rear end pressing member 98 pressing the sheet rear end on a sheet loading position is saved on a saving position from a sheet rear end pressing position when the tray is descended, and when the tray is raised, the sheet rear end pressing member 98 is turned from the saving position to the pressing position to press the sheet rear end again. Therefore, even when a sheet is curling, a sheet level detecting sensor 97 can properly detect the height of the sheet rear end, thereby properly keeping the sheet level.
