PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily correspond to size variation, to make it hard to lose a sheet regulating means and to make it hard to remove it from a cassette tray which is a frame body. SOLUTION: A sheet storage cassette 3 is devised to store sheets different in size in a frame body by positionally regulating one end of a sheet by a sheet regulating means 3d which is furnished on a frame body 3b free to positionally adjust, and it is furnished with a guide means to guide the sheet regulating means 3d free to move in a positionally adjusting direction and a positioning means to position the sheet regulating means 3d by selectively engaging with an engagement means 3m to displace by outside operation as it is provided on the sheet regulating means.
