PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the interest of a game machine by providing a video interface control part for connecting video equipment to a program cartridge and providing a second storage means such as a frame memory for storing video data from the video equipment in the control part. SOLUTION: In a game cartridge 2 to be freely attachably and detachably connected to a portable game machine main body 1, a program memory 7 storing a game software program and a control program, a video equipment interface 14 for connecting the video equipment 6 through a connector 14A, a TV tuner 6B and the video interface control part 10, etc., are incorporated. Then, the video interface control part 10 is constituted by providing an RGB encoder 10A, an A/D conversion part 10B and the frame memory 10C, etc. By providing the frame memory 10C in such a manner, even in the case that the number of the scanning lines of display or the like is different in the video equipment 6 and the display means of this portable game machine, the influence is dissolved. |
