PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly press a filler by a gable form even when an excavator deviates from the axis of the form in curve excavation by providing the gable form in the annular space between a skin plate and an internal cylinder while a press jack allows the gable form to slide freely. SOLUTION: An internal cylinder 16 is provided at the rear end part of a shield excavator 10 for forming an annular space 17 between the internal cylinder 16 and a skin plate 11, and a press jack 19 allows a gable form 18 to slide back and forth freely. A tail brush 21 for stopping water is provided on the inner surface of the internal cylinder 16, and a water-stopping property of a form 13 assembled in a periphery wall TW of an excavation pit is secured. A self-curing filler 14 such as concrete or mortar is placed between the periphery wall TW and the form 13, the pressure of the filler 14 is detected by a pressure sensor for automatically controlling the press of a press jack 19, and the pressure of the filler 14 is maintained higher than that of the peripheral ground, thus securing the water-stopping property even when the excavator 10 deviates from the axis of the form 13, and hence properly pressurizing and maintaining the filler 14.
