PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve heating efficiency and to uniformly perform heating by providing an inner pot for which a film heating element for generating heat by energizing is formed on an outer wall surface and a rice cooker main body provided with an outer pot for freely insertably and detachably housing the inner pot and partially changing the line width or film thickness of the film heating element. SOLUTION: On an insulation film 6 for coating the outer side face and outer bottom surface of the inner pot 5, the film heating element 7 is baked in a zigzag wiring shape. Also, the inner pot 5 is coated by baking an outer surface protective film 9 excluding the power feeding part of the film heating element 7. Further, on the inner surface of the inner pot 5, in order to prevent the sticking or the like of rice, an inner surface protective film 10 is formed. Then, the line width of the curved surface part 7a of the film heating element 7 corresponding to the curved surface part 5a of the inner pot 5 is made small compared to the line width of a side wall part 7b corresponding to the outer side wall 5b of the inner pot 5 and heat generation is increased. That is, by partially changing the line width of the film heating element 7 and making each heat generation of the film heating element 7 different, the concentration of the heat generation is avoided and the inner pot 5 is uniformly heated.
