PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a braking effect from being degraded, and also prevent each lining from being damaged. SOLUTION: Each runner rotating identically in revolution with each wheel at the time of running, is provided for the inside of a brake drum or a drive hub 2 as a component part identical to each wheel, and numbers of single runners are mounted to the drive hub 2 using bolts to be used for mounting the drive hub 2 and the brake drum 4 so as to be formed into an impeller 1, a ventilation hole 51 through which air flows in a space between a brake 3 and the impeller 1, and a ventilation hole 52 out of which air is swept to the outer circumference of a tire, are provided so as to be formed into a brake cooling device for an industrial vehicle.
