PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the easy assembling by providing longitudinal floor joists with a plurality of recesses having a dimension same as or larger than a width of lateral floor joists, and intersecting the lateral floor joists and the longitudinal joists in the recesses. SOLUTION: A plurality of lateral floor joists 16, 16... are placed in parallel with each other on a chassis frame, a plurality of recesses 22, 22... having a dimension W' same as a width W of the lateral floor joist or larger than the same are formed on the longitudinal floor joists 24, 24..., a plurality of lateral floor joists 16, 16... intersect in the recesses 22, 22..., and both ends of these lateral floor joists 16, 16... are covered by C-shaped side rails 26, 26, and fixed by welding, bolt fastening and the like. Accordingly a height of inner dimension can be increased for a height of the lateral floor joist, whereby the loading amount can be increased, and further a height from the ground of a floor surface is lowered, so that the loading and unloading work can be easily executed.
