PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inspect an electric connection failure before a jet inspection by setting to a printed board (PCB substrate) a check land to be used for judging whether or not the electric connection is good. SOLUTION: Electrode connection parts 61 and 61 are set to a PCB substrate 52 to join and connect the substrate to an FPC cable. Check land parts 63 and 63 are set corresponding to the electrode connection parts 61 and 61 to be used for judging whether the electric connection between the FPC cable and PCB substrate 52 is good or not. After the FPC cable is connected to the electrode connection part 61, a capacitance value of a piezoelectric element of each channel between a check land terminal 64 of the check land part 63 and a ground terminal 65, 66 is measured. Whether or not the electric connection is good can be judged by confirming whether or not the measured result is within a preliminarily set reference value.
