PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide waterproof structure for roof panels with solar batteries sufficiently ensuring sealing performance of a solar battery fitting part to a roof and the mutual joint part of solar battery panels. SOLUTION: In this waterproof structure for roof panels with solar batteries, a plurality of roof panels with solar batteries (or roof panels 10 with solar batteries, or solar battery modules 19) are held to the edge parts of panel holding members, and the panel holding members are fixed to the roof panels by machine screws held to the panel holding members. A waterproof sheet 31 is spread between the roof panel and a roof member 12, and the waterproof sheet 31 extending from the end of the roof panel is jointed to a waterproof sheet 31 extending from the facing roof panel end. |
